The house has an Open floor plan with wall of windows - no need to shut the curtains in any room 180 degree full privacy from all neighbors, 6 sliding glass doors, polished concrete floors great for pets, brand new renovated office space full of light a monitor with both seated and standing desks, private backyard with fully 6ft fenced in yard, 4 outdoor seating areas, 2 living areas, formal dining with china if you having a fancy dinner, 3 beds with 2 queen and 1 King, a Full couch pull out bed in 2nd living are for up to 2 additional guests, internet, smart tv/apps (Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Disney+, and 200+ channels on Cable). Outdoor amenities include: huge backyard, garden with lots of birds, grill, firepit, TV, lounge seating, dining table, umbrella, water fountain, 2 vintage bicycles, And a Pool - Above ground intex 12’ diameter 36” height - have a number of floats/rafts for guest use.
